Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and the following processes carefully as they will provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our client concerning any purchase you make through us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requesting Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before the placement of the order. Cancellations after the expiry of 24 hours may not be accepted.
  • Notification of Cancellation: To cancel the order, the Purchaser must notify us in writing, specifying the extent and reason for the cancellation. If any work has already been initiated or completed, you must compensate us for the work done.
  • Final Intimations: Any intimation to initiate, process, or cancel the order by any of your employees (contractual or full-time) will be considered final.
  • Compensation for Cancellation: We are eligible for compensation if we believe that the request for cancellation or refund is initiated to avoid any penalty or any act or omission resulting in non-compliance with any applicable law or regulation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • Genuine Need: Refunds will be processed where there is a clear, visible, and genuine need.
  • Change of Mind: No refund will be granted if the purchaser requests a refund within 3 working days from the order date once the work has started. The purchaser has the option to terminate the services, subject to full payment for the services already availed.
  • Completion of Work: If a refund or cancellation request is made and we have received intimation that the work is completed, the request will be invalid.
  • Government Rejections: In cases where there is a rejection or objection by a Government office concerning any services purchased, refunds will only be processed to the extent we receive from the Government, excluding our service fees.
  • System Requirements: No refunds will be provided if your access is interrupted due to insufficient system requirements such as poor internet connection, incompatible hardware/software, etc.
  • Approval and Processing: If your application for a refund or cancellation is approved by us, we will process and notify you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 30 business days and will be credited to your bank account accordingly.
